Det er hvert fald en af de mange ting, som der bliver krævet af os hele tiden. Det kan være på tværs af årgange, klasser eller fag. Men hvor meget samarbejder vi egentlig når det kommer til stykket?&lt;br /&gt;Efterårs-halvåret er et af de tidspunkter hvor mange lærere mærker travlhedens og stresssens klamme hånd omslutte vores hverdag og arbejde. Det påvirker os sjældent i positiv grad. Man mister sit overskud, både med eleverne, forberedelsen, visionerne og på hjemmefronten. Men hvad vil kunne hjælpe os i den slags perioder?&lt;br /&gt;....SAMARBEJDE!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ud fra min overbevisning er vi lærere ikke specielt gode til samarbejde. Vi kan ofte sidde i møder og aftale at 2-3 lærere tager udgangspunkt i det samme emne, fordeler arbejdsopgaver i en klasse osv. Men det er jo sjældent det der giver os det store overskud, som et samarbejde gerne skulle give os.&lt;br /&gt;På skolerne befinder der sig ekstremt store ressourcer, som vil kunne hjælpe skolerne og kommunerne både økonomisk, materialemæssigt og visionært. Vi skal bare til at ændre vores samarbejdskultur.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mit bud på hvordan dette kan gøres er...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Når jeg har forsøgt at dele undervisningsmaterialer med kollegaer (i form af dias, hjemmesider og/eller tekstdokumenter) får jeg ofte den tilbagemelding at de ikke helt kan bruge det, da de ikke selv har haft fingrene i det. Men det er, efter min overbevisning, en meget dårlig undskyldning for ikke at deltage i et samarbejde om undervisningsmaterialerne.&lt;br /&gt;En af de forcer der ligger i at dele online materialer via eks. Google Docs er, at man kan tage en kopi af en kollegas arbejde og så selv arbejde videre i materialet. Plenty of them imply scientific matters if not directly then indirectly. And why? because with nature science man has changed the earth in several ways. Therefore we need through debate to develop some ethical standards for how we use our capabilities with science. To participate in this debates you need to have knowledge about science on a broad spectrum. This implies surely self confident, competent and committed teachers to master such a complex discussion among pupils in the science lectures. And not at least it calls for capability to use the scientific terms and concept formations within a whole.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today we can not see, what is going to be the long term consequences for nature when we use our scientific abilities. We can get enthusiastic about the fantastic potentiality we have with genetic engineering. Yes, in such a way that we simply forget the values that are at stake.Though how important is it for us today to know,that perhaps in the  future billions of people will suffer from the wrongdoings we did in our time? This question holds ethic values that have humanistic and social relevance too. The complexity in those new issues makes it important to consider if its time to forget the distinctions that separates this areas. And it might call for a willingness to approach dilemmas in another way.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In the beginning of the 18th century the danish physicist and chemist H.C. Oersted talked about nature endowed with spirit. (Ånden i naturen, Sjøberg, 2005.) A spiritual principle about natural science. A principle that linguistically refers to an organized, understandable and beautiful world that exists in its whole. In Ecuador they have just given rights to the earth on a scale that makes it equal to human kind. The swedish dramatist and instructor Lars Noren have said: “The world is more beautiful if it created itself, than if it was created by the hand of a god”. The danish society needs more young people, who wants to start an education within nature science, and the society in general have challenges the comming years, that needs knowledge about scientific matters. &lt;br /&gt;The aim must be to reveal a metod to give pupils in the danish public school a way to understand naturescience as something thats untergoing a dynamic process, and not something accumulating. To prove that science can be seen as dynamic its possible to involve the thoughts of the science-philosopher Thomas Kuhn. According to his thoughts, science is made out of the paradigms that scientists are working out from. Different paradigms makes different results, and results are not necessarily build on ideas past on from the latest discoverys. New ideas can descend from much older discoverys.&lt;br /&gt;In the matter of building up this understanding of science as dynamic, the systems theory from Niklas Luhmann can be used. In particular the parts on communication and cognition is relevant. In this theoretical frame education is understood as a structural coupling between two activities, teaching and learning. Teaching is understood as a specialised kind of communication aimed at changing persons in accordance with predefined goals, while learning is understood as an individually or group-based activity producing knowledge by observing communication.&lt;br /&gt;Communication that support a dynamic teaching must be in focus. Some instructions can be found if teachers are using the systems theory. term='Didaktik'/><title type='text'>Science and ICT</title><content type='html'>For 3 years ago I wrote my main paper for Master of Science Education on University of Southern Denmark.&lt;br /&gt;You can read the abstract of my paper here:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Abstract&lt;br /&gt;In recent years people have focused greatly upon how the Danish pupils have managed in the&amp;nbsp;OECD-surveys. Especially the Danish pupils' poor understanding of scientific insight has&amp;nbsp;been a subject of great discussion.&lt;br /&gt;The politicians then focused upon supplying the schools with computer equipment to ensure&amp;nbsp;that that the pupils have sufficient knowledge in handling modern technology. It is now a vital&amp;nbsp;part of any subject's curriculum that computers are included in lessons. In science related&amp;nbsp;subjects is it especially important that the pupils know how to collect data and write reports&amp;nbsp;based on that data.&lt;br /&gt;In order for the pupils to be evaluated properly, they must provide enough material so that the&amp;nbsp;teacher can assess them accordingly.&lt;br /&gt;First I would like to clarify social constructionism which is a useful set of theories that many&amp;nbsp;science teachers can benefit from - and some already use.&amp;nbsp;Furthermore I will tell you about how useful e-learning modules are when it comes to giving&amp;nbsp;pupils an opportunity to work collaboratively, and also provide them with possibilities for&amp;nbsp;quick, easy and continuous evaluation for teachers as well as parents. I will provide examples&amp;nbsp;on how e-learning modules can improve science teaching - in order for the pupils to work&amp;nbsp;more efficiently and with tools they already know from their spare time. A goal is also to help&amp;nbsp;them develop a better understanding of how &amp;nbsp;Science theories work in practice and provide&amp;nbsp;them with insight in relevant areas. The lessons focus on pupil motivation, greater pupil&amp;nbsp;responsibility and collaborate learning.&lt;br /&gt;Social constructionism will be connected with e-learning in science lessons in order to&amp;nbsp;optimize and modernize the teaching in those subjects. I will make a suggestion on how to&amp;nbsp;change and improve teaching and teaching methods to include IT without neglecting the&amp;nbsp;efficient teaching already practised.&lt;br /&gt;Conclusively I will give my view upon how the pupils can use the technology they already&amp;nbsp;master and is present in their homes - and their pockets.&lt;br /&gt;In the empirical investigation I have focused upon the older pupils - 7th and 8th grade. I have&amp;nbsp;worked to find out how the pupils handle the introduction of e-learning modules in science&amp;nbsp;subjects and if a change has happened in their motivation towards science.&lt;br /&gt;The pupils' own point of view on how to create better learning environments in science&amp;nbsp;subjects will be looked into. Det er langt fra alle, det falder naturligt for. Da der også er rigtig mange begreber kan det være enormt svært for dem at huske dem alle udenad.&lt;br /&gt;Derfor har jeg tænkt på at lave en blog med naturfagsbegreber (naturbegreber). &lt;a href="http://naturbegreber.blogspot.com/"&gt;Bloggen&lt;/a&gt; skal fungere som elevernes eget naturfags-leksikon, hvor de selv er skribenter og dermed selv for ansvar og ejerskab over et større &lt;a href="http://naturbegreber.blogspot.com/"&gt;undervisningsprodukt&lt;/a&gt;. Det er klart, at man som lærer, stadig skal være den overordnede redaktør i dette projekt for, at der ikke fremkommer misforståelser og/eller fejl.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Det er ligeledes tanken, at denne blog skal være med til, at vise eleverne en sammenhæng mellem de enkelte naturfag, og derved få et større overblik over fagene og deres samspil.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bloggen bliver sat i gang efter sommerferien (2011) eller tidligst efter påske (2011). Men alligevel bør man forberede eleverne, da det jo er et samarbejde, der ofte foregår på forskellige tidspunkter forskellige steder. Derfor kræves der at man har nogle aftaler om samarbejdets struktur.&lt;br /&gt;Når eleverne samarbejder om et præsentations-dokument på Google, er det en god ide at der er nogle få faste regler, som de følger. Der kan opstå en del forvirring og samarbejdsproblemer, hvis ikke eleverne følger nogle få enkle regler.&lt;br /&gt;Hvis man vælger at bruge chat-funktionen på Google, bør man have lyd på, så ventetiden på makkerens respons minimeres. Ellers kan meget tid gå til spilde med at vente på svar fra samarbejdspartneren.&lt;br /&gt;Der er ingen tvivl om, at det letter deres samarbejde, hvis al kommunikation foregår via fx Google Talk eller Skype. Den mundtlige kommunikationsform bevirker, at man bedre undgår misforståelser. Dog er den mundtlige kommunikation afhængig af, at man kan komme i kontakt med hinanden. Det kan man ikke altid, da man ofte vil arbejde på de fælles opgaver på forskellige tidspunkter. Så en vis skriftlig kommunikation er nødvendigt. Dette kræver øvelse. Unge mennesker er ikke altid præcise og velformulerede, når de skriver til hinanden.&lt;br /&gt;Uanset om kommunikation glider eller ej, så undgås mange problemer ved at følge nedenstående regler:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* Man arbejder aldrig på samme dias på samme tid&lt;br /&gt;* Man skal på forhånd lave og dele en plan for rækkefølgen af dias&lt;br /&gt;* Man sletter aldrig noget ens samarbejdspartner har lavet&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Det kan endvidere være en hjælp, hvis man bruger notefunktionen. Her kan man løbende nedskrive forklaringer på de enkelte dias samt ideer om, hvad der eventuelt bør komme på efterfølgende dias.&lt;br /&gt;Man kunne også gøre det til en vane at skrive en mail til ens samarbejdspartner, når man har arbejdet på den fælles opgave. Dette vil ofte virke både oplysende og inspirerende for at gå videre med arbejdet.&lt;br /&gt;En sideeffekt af at læreren sætter eleverne til at arbejde sammen med kammerater, man ikke normalt selv ville vælge er, at man får øjnene op for hinandens styrker. Eleverne får hele tiden nyere og bedre elektronisk udstyr, lærerne får (nogle gange) nyere undervisningsmidler og bøger/materialer bliver også nogle gange fornyet - desværre bare ikke i samme hastighed. Derfor bliver vi, som lærere også nødt til, at udvikle vores undervisningsmetoder og vaner så de passer til nutiden og fremtidens samfund og teknologi.&lt;br /&gt;Mai Murmann har skrevet artiklen &lt;a href="http://videnskab.dk/composite-2251.htm"&gt;"Teknologien vender op og ned på indlæringen"&lt;/a&gt;, hvori hun beskriver nogle af de ting man, som lærer, skal tænke lidt på i nutidens og fremtidens undervisning.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;"Tidligere var naturvidenskab en reproduktion af det, man allerede vidste. Viden i et skab, som så skulle åbnes. Et af problemerne defineres som værende manglende mulighed for at identificere sig med det, der sker i undervisningen. Der redegøres for at man gennem et systemteoretisk helhedssyn på undervisningen kan skabe noget sjæl og ånd over det som naturfagsundervisningen handler om, nemlig Jorden. Denne sjæl og ånd illustreres ved at naturen og mennesket strukturelt set kommunikerer ens. Der skabes således en mulighed for identifikation. I mellemtiden kan det være, du kan bruge denne blog til at få inspiration og ny viden omkring naturfagene i folkeskolen&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sitet er tænkt som naturfagsforum, som omfatter natur/teknik (1.-6. klasse), geografi, biologi og fysik/kemi (7.-9. klasse) samt matematik. Vores grundlæggende tanke er, at samle alle naturfagene til ét fag.
